Finance Support

This is a global trading company with a tight-knit team in Auckland, who need a finance support person to support the NZ office whilst also assisting with wider team – plenty of variety and even better, make the role work around you!

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Prepare and submit GST returns
  • Enter SAP AP workflows in relation to all office expenses
  • Payments for corporate expenses including travel and corporate credit card for all staff
  • Arrange all payments by electronic funds transfer for trade and sundry vendors and the settlement of financial instruments (foreign exchange contracts and loans)
  • Preparation of journal entries, fixed asset register updates
  • Wider admin support to the office (assisting with setting up new starters etc)

WHO AM I?

  • Book-keeping experience or work of a similar nature
  • Can commit for at least 9 months
  • SAP experience a bonus, along with GST returns
  • Immediately available
