WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Enter SAP AP workflows in relation to all office expenses
- Payments for corporate expenses including travel and corporate credit card for all staff
- Arrange all payments by electronic funds transfer for trade and sundry vendors and the settlement of financial instruments (foreign exchange contracts and loans)
- Preparation of journal entries, fixed asset register updates
- Wider admin support to the office (assisting with setting up new starters etc)
WHO AM I?
- Book-keeping experience or work of a similar nature
- Can commit for at least 12 months
- SAP experience a bonus, along with GST returns
- Immediately available
