Junior Accounts Administrator

We are currently recruiting a role for our client in Mangere who needs assistance in their accounts department. This role is expected to run for at least 3 months and is a great opportunity for someone who likes a blended role of accounts and admin and who enjoys being organised and meticulous in their work approach.

Duties

• Data entry
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable
• General office admin
• Coordinating incoming office supply orders
• Coordinating the daily ingoing and outgoing mail

Location and Pay:

• Mangere
• $21 per hour + 8% holiday pay

What we need from you:

• An accounting qualification or previous experience in a similar role
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
