Coordinator

Are you looking for a new opportunity in a North Shore location? This cool temporary role is expected to run for up to three months and we are looking for someone now!

As the training coordinator you will be a key person in the successful running of this dynamic department and will focus on learning and development within the technical and compliance space. You will be expected to identify and make Health & Safety decisions and be an example for your colleagues.

Duties (not limited to):

  • Develop, deliver and manage all training sessions and assessments for staff across the business
  • Prepare training packages and maintain the trainee programme
  • Liaise with both internal stakeholders and training organisations to identify learning opportunities
  • Maintain training records in the database

What we need from you:

  • You will ideally come from a training or L&D background
  • Experience in coordination and administration
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Full commitment to assignment duration
