3D Animation Project Coordinator

Christchurch Permanent NZ$70000 - NZ$80000 per annum

Our client is a leading NZ owned and operated company that produces in-depth technical 3D Visualisations to international solar, wind, mining and gas industries. The client is going through a growth period and is a great time to be part of that trajectory.

They have an urgent need for a project coordinator to assist with the workflow, quotes, reporting, and management of the production of these visualisations. This is a great role that could launch your career from being on the tools doing 3D Animation into a project manager/ team lead role!

You will need to have come from a 3D background to understand the nuances of the production – including the balance of commercial Vs creativity, studio efficiency, a natural collaborator with strong team player skills.

Key for success in this role is:

  • experience leading a team/ running projects
  • experience in 3D software – preferably 3D Visualisation (5 years ideally)
  • able to produce basic storyboards
  • able to factor in scope of project in relation to time-frames and budgeting
  • project management skills
  • client facing/ client relationship experience
