Customer Experience Design Manager

Our client a forward-thinking large enterprise are looking for a Customer Experience Design manager to join their team enthusiastic team.

You will responsible for the development and executions of the customer experience strategy. On a day to day basis you will bringing CX to life through leadership, influence, a passion for driving results, great communication and driving widespread adoption of CX practices.

Reporting directly to the approachable Head of Customer, you will be working with collaboratively with cross functional teams and liaising directly with stakeholders.

This is a full time position due to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have;

• 6+ years in a similar role
• Proven track record in strategy and development for CX
• Previous experience managing stakeholder engagement
• Strong skills in project management
• Self starter attitude, motivational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
