Digital Experience Strategist

Our client is on the lookout for a senior digital strategist for a 12 month contract.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for leading and guiding a friendly team of 4 design and product & UX specialists, following their recent digital transformation. As well as maintaining relationships with your team, you will also be working closely with stakeholders and the Head of Digital to oversee the digital product management.

You will be expected to deliver positive customer experiences by having full knowledge of UX practices and ensuring existing processes and customer touchpoints are adequately mapped, as well as having technical knowledge which will allow you understand the constraints to make informed decisions balancing customer and business needs.

This is a full time for 12 months, due to start in ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have;

• 8+ years in a similar role
• Ability to optimise the UX and product ownership process
• Experience in developing customer flows, user journey maps and service design blueprints
• People management and leadership skills
• Excellent planning, communication and motivational skills
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle
• Experience with UX design and product owner tools
• Proactive and action orientated personality
