Key responsibilities

To translate concepts & ideas into wireframes & high-definition designs that teams can use as input for website improvements, A/B testing and our customer personalisation programme.

  • Produce visual & written content solutions
  • Part of a team working to improve the overall user experience and optimise the customer journey to increase E-commerce conversion rates and drive revenue.
  • Create SEO optimised content (images and text) for engaging outdoor and “how-to” articles, search landing pages, campaign landing pages and product pages!
  • Work on projects to increase brand awareness, provide our customers with entertaining and educational outdoor and sustainability content and increase overall sales for the business

A bit about you

  • Someone who values and is passionate about the outdoors and sustainability
  • Ideally, you have worked on SEO projects and used Magento or other CMS systems before.
  • A basic understanding of Google Analytics to analyse the performance of your content and page performance.
  • PhotoShop skills are essential and Sketch, Figma and/or Invision skills are highly desirable
  • Bonus points if you speak French / German!
