Experience Design Manager

Our client, a well-known Kiwi brand, are currently on the lookout for their new Experience Design Manager to help transform their customers experience on a full time basis!

Day to day, you’ll be managing an energetic team of 4 experience and visual designers and working alongside internal teams such as innovation, digital and product management, as well as external supporting agencies. You will be expected to keep strong and collaborative relationships both internal and external and of course with the customers themselves.

You will be an advocate for the brand and truly believe in what they are trying to achieve. You will demonstrate value of design through tangible results and translate customer insights and business needs into intuitive, functional experiences.

To be successful in this application you will need;

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a CX/UX/Service design
• Previous experience in an agile environment
• Leadership experience
• Experience conducting customer observations, research and facilitate workshops.
• Ability to create lofi and hifi prototypes (expert in prototyping tools e.g Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision etc)
• Advanced experience in HCD and Design thinking
