Key responsibilities – UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

  • To provide insights and resolve issues to improve the user experience on the new website
  • Be involved, alongside partner agencies, in our Conversion Rate Optimisation and Search Engine Optimisation programmes to run A/B tests and improve organic search rankings.
  • generate user insights and identifying and implementing improvements based on your research.
  • Work with Designers, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to build solutions based on users’ needs.
  • Collaborate to envision new capabilities, launch features and evolve existing functionality

A bit about you

  • Someone who values and is passionate about the outdoors and sustainability
  • Experience working within Google Analytics
  • A/B testing tools like Optimizely / VWO / Google Optimise and user experience tools, such as Full Story or Hotjar is crucial for this job.
  • Having a good feel for visuals
  • A solid understanding of BA Analysis
  • Vision and passion about the customer experience
