Administrator

This is a fantastic immediate start temporary opportunity which could run for up to three months! Working as part of this high performing contracts team, based in Thames, you will enjoy a variety of work and real responsibility. The Contracts Manager runs a tight ship and you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all the relent paperwork and making sure that all the processes and procedures are followed to the letter.

Day to day you will

  • Enter contract orders into the system
  • Check for accuracy and highlight discrepancies
  • Load timesheets into payroll system
  • Check work docs
  • General administration

What you will bring!

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar contracts administration role
  • A minimum of two years of local NZ experience
  • Right to work in NZ
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent references from previous employers
  • Be prepared to do Drug and Alcohol testing
