Administrator

Truly exciting opportunity. There is a requirement for an experienced and driven administrator to support a high functioning account management team. This is a 9 month contract role. The focus will be supporting the Sales team to ensure they make their mark within this highly successful organisation. As the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, you will be the conduit between the fulfilment team and the customer.

What you’ll be doing:

• Respond to clients needs in a thorough and timely manner
• Collaborate with the warehouse and other touch points to highlight issues/delays
• Responsible for stock levels to meet client requirements
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Ensuring clients orders stay on track and arrive as promised

What you’ll need:

• Advanced Excel and administrative skills
• Relevant admin support, focusing on clients in the corporate space
• Outstanding attention to detail
• First class customer service skills – the client comes first
• Resilient – in the distribution environment things can change at short notice
• Work at pace and have enthusiasm to deliver to the client
