This is a fantastic 3-month temporary opportunity for someone who sees themselves as a ‘jack of all trades and looking to make their mark in an organisation! You will be the key person supporting this organisation during a transition stage and must be flexible to go between two offices in the initial stages – Parnell & Auckland Airport.
What will I be doing?
Facilities management including managing the front office reception
Diary management & travel bookings
Maintaining, developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and processes
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline office operations, maximise quality and efficiency while reducing costs
Adhoc administration duties (ordering office supplies, general housekeeping)
What you will bring!
Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritization skills
Confidence combined with a great attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally some experience as a PA, office/facilities management
Available Immediately (must be able to start this week) & can commit for up to 3 months.
Must be comfortable moving from Parnell to Auckland Airport (ideally you have a car)
