Coordinator – Change Control

Due to the incumbent retiring, an immediate start temporary opportunity is available now! The role will run-up to April 2021. Based in Albany with the bonus that you can start at 7.30 and finish at 4.00 pm Mon- fri The culture of this company is diverse and vibrant with a positive spin on everything they do. What will a typical day look like?

• Processing debtor and creditor invoices, purchase orders and processing invoices
• Management and coordination of SharePoint Database
• Running various reports for the Business (SAP and SharePoint)
• Maintenance and coordination of Internal and External Change Control Documentation
• Booking of travel for management staff as and when required

What will you bring?

• Previous experience in a coordination role
• Knowledge of document and change control
• An understanding of debtors and raising invoices.
• Ideally some experience of SAP or similar software
• A great attitude
