NZ owned finance company needs you to join their small friendly team who pride themselves on their ‘customer first’ culture. This business is looking for 2 Credit Controller’s to join their team. They are NZ owned, like a family, well established and as a small team they strive to make a difference in people’s lives by providing the best in service.


Based in Greenlane, you will report to the Risk & Compliance Manager. Day to day you will be responsible for the credit control of overdue loans and the following:

· Provide a customer focussed solutions approach to credit control

· Adhere to credit management policies, systems and procedures

· Maintenance of customer credit and collection activities

· Preparation of reports and recommendations for provisions for bad debts

· Communication with internal staff to ensure effective cashflow management


You will work with a friendly team in a business that provides career opportunities, a social environment and are in a handy location to train and bus stations. Salary on offer is between $50,000-60,000 per annum.


You will have 1-2 years’ experience in a credit control or collections role and ideally within the finance industry. You will need to be a solutions-focussed person who enjoys customer contact, you are IT savvy, have excellent interpersonal skills and a head for numbers.
