Our client is a highly successful NZ owned company that supplies a range of medical products and services to healthcare professionals. It is exciting times for them, and they are now on the lookout for a switched-on individual to join their customer service team on a one-year maternity leave contract.
The role is busy and varied and will include:
· Processing orders and credits
· Dealing with customer queries
· Assisting with product enquiries
· General administrative tasks
You will be taking orders not only from businesses but also the general public and often elderly people. You will therefore have an empathetic, understanding, and mature-minded personality to deal with sensitive enquiries. Ideally you will have had previous customer service or administration but really what we are after is a bright spark that has the right attitude, a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. With your initiative and strong customer focus you will thrive in this environment!
In return you will work in amazing state of the arc offices, working with a great bunch of people in an organisation that really looks after their staff that nobody ever wants to leave.
