What you’ll be doing

· Communicating with key retailers

· Handling customer feedback and providing excellent customer service

· Taking inbound calls from consumers, retailers and source agents

· Processing orders and dealing with client and customer queries or requests

· Track and tracing couriers, handling logistics

About you

· Strong background in customer service

· Excellent administrative and organisational skills

· Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining great relationships with clients

· Great verbal and written communication to resolve any customer queries or complaints

· Natural team player

· Initiative
