Our client is a well-known global retail brand based in Mount Wellington and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their close knit team.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, vibrant and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This is a long term opportunity to start immediately until February 2020. Great role if you are looking for a long term and stable role.
This role is an asap start that will run until Feb 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls
- Troubleshooting product issues for customers
- Referring consumers to service agents
- Processing customer orders
- Data entry
- Product testing
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Strong data entry skills and CRM system experience
- Professional phone manner
- Can commit until February 2020 and work through Christmas period
- Reliable, hard working and a positive attitude!
