About the company

Our client is a well-established, respected, and leading importer and distributor of a range of appliances and consumer products from around the world including Europe, USA, and China. Their beautiful exclusive appliances, range from laundry to cooking appliances to alfresco cooking. They are now on the look-out for a customer centric superstar to join their small NZ office based in Newton.

About the role

Day to day you will be dealing with retailers nationwide, processing their orders and handling their queries. It will be up to you to make sure they get what they need, when they need it and provide a solution every time. Whilst creating a great customer experience you will be checking stock availability, liaising with the warehouse and freight companies. To keep you on your toes there are other tasks to be done including data entry of invoices and general office administration.

About you

You pride yourself in your wonderful customer service skills and ability to forge relationships that last the distance. Attributes we are seeking are …

· A Customer Service background ideally within an office-based role.

· Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

· An ability to multi-task, calm under pressure and a problem solver

· A team player, someone who enjoys working in a small tight team environment.
