Customer Support

From the manager, to the team, you will be working with a solid bunch of people who are people-centric and meticulous. You will be flexible working Monday through to Sunday (won’t be working over 5 consecutive days – – it will be a 40 hour week) in a newly created internal COVID Support team.

THE ROLE:

  • Supporting withqueries (over 2000 people on-site!)
  • Working closely with the internal clinic to book appointments
  • Monitoring all potential covid cases and ensuring process is followed
  • Managing email queries – MUST be process driven and extremely meticulous
  • You will be FLEXIBLE with working a rostered shift (including night shift – not more than once per month – need be OK with weekend work), have a great eye for detail, can think of your feet and comfortable being in a phone based role
  • Great to earn some money with the Summer period coming up!
