THE ROLE & YOU!
Taking inbound calls from staff (over 3,500 on-site!) who may be unwell
Completing and managing assessments on these staff (yes, you will be VERY process driven!)
Outbound calls to follow up on existing staff off
Managing email queries and managing updates with line managers
MUST be comfortable doing shift work across 7 days (not working over 40 hours per week)
You will be immediately available and can commit until the end of April 2022
Possess strong people skills, excellent administration skills and the ability to think on your feet
