Training & Events Administrator
Our client, a membership based organisation has a pivotal role for an Events & Training Administrator working closely alongside both the Professional Development and Events Managers
Last year, they set an impressive 85 training events, they also hold 2 significant annual conferences!
What you will be doing:
In adding value to member support through exceptional customer service you will be delivering the value of what being a member brings.
You will need to be able to “juggle” priorities as you will be supporting both the training and events spaces through relationship and logistic coordination.
Just some of the day-to-day tasks will include:
· Ensuring the training schedule is up to date
· Updating the website training information
· Registrations for training events and conference exhibitors
· Coordination of training materials & conference materials
· Booking venues and logistics included with travel, catering for training events & conferences
· Finance administration relating to invoicing of training and events registrations and sponsors
· Managing online training events to provide support to the trainer as required
· Liaising with sponsors and stakeholders regarding conference material
As you can see, lots of scope to showcase your coordination skills and really add value to the team!
