Executive Assistant

HR & Business Support

You will be an experienced EA, comfortable working in a very small team (within a large organisation) and capable supporting an established board. You’ll be comfortable dealing with complex board meetings and thrive within an ever-changing environment – you won’t be bored!


  • Work closely with the COO with in-depth preparation of monthly Trustee meetings
  • Minute taking for all Trustee meetings
  • Management of internal system, ensuring all legal documentation up to date consistently
  • EA support to COO and to Trustees as required
  • Management of policies and procedures for the wider company
