Executive Assistant

Auckland Temporary NZ$30 - NZ$40 per hour

If you love pace, variety, and a vibrant culture, then this is a fantastic role for you to keep you ticking along! Must be available to commit up to 3 months. You will be supporting the Marketing Director and Marketing Team within an ever-changing Environment – you won’t be bored!!

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Travel & diary management (this is pivotal to this role)
  • Organising & supporting with key events
  • Attending board meetings
  • Accounting support e.g. processing expenses
  • Ad-hoc admin work

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A proven track record as an EA, Team Administrator or Coordinator
  • An organised work approach that pays great attention to detail
  • Someone proactive and engaging
  • Confident using MS Office – experience with travel booking systems would be a bonus!
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
