About the role

You would be part of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality team that are highly respected throughout the business and will report to the GM of SHEQ. Supporting the wider business, the role offers great variety as you undertake multi-faceted tasks such as

· Recording and communicating SHEQ statistics to the business to evaluate performance and determine trends

· Assist with control of all procedures and forms within the system and monitor environmental and health and health and safety legislation and requirements

· Assist the SHEQ team to investigate and report on all environmental incidents and accidents

· Ensure the global reporting is achieved by NZ

· Provide support to the business by managing meetings between venues, minutes etc, for the quarterly SHEQ meeting

· Provide SHEQ team with administrative duties – booking travel, arranging venues, printing, managing purchase orders etc

What you need

· Relevant qualifications or previous health and safety experience with an understanding of legislation

· Confident and effective communicator with ability to build strong relationships across a business.

· Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

· Motivated self-starter with a can do attitude.
