ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible providing HR advice and support to the leadership team. The is a full HR role including administration, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, employment relations, industrial relations, policy and procedures. Building relationships across the business, with key stakeholders including the unions is key to your success in this role along with working closely with the General Manager.
WHAT YOU NEED?
You will be an experienced HR degree qualified professional with solid generalist HR skills that include ER/IR knowledge. You would have worked in a business partnering model and be comfortable working in an unionised environment. You will have resilience, solid life skills, attention to detail and a desire to be a fully participating member of a leadership team.
