HR Advisor

Wake up and smell the coffee! We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional to join a passionate team of coffee and tea fanatics based in their two East Tamaki locations. This is a hands-on position based in the manufacturing facility so you will need to be someone that enjoys working with a variety of people from the production floor to Senior Leadership. You will report to a supportive and knowledgeable HR Manager and be responsible for the following:

· Provide HR advice, support, and coaching to the leadership team

· Guide and support on all disciplinaries and employment relationship matters

· Develop and maintain relationships with the union and participate in negotiations

· Support in areas of performance management, learning and development, and future exciting HR projects

Your background:

You will be an experienced HR professional with a solid generalist background. Ideally, you have union experience and have worked in manufacturing or FMCG. Of vital importance, is your strong ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders, build strong relationships and be adaptable.
