This NZ owned personal finance company is a well-established, trusted lender with a strong reputation for customer care. With branches throughout NZ and their Head Office based in Greenlane you will work with a range of people and support this business whilst they undergo transformation.
This is a newly established position to support the GM – People and Culture with a range of generalist HR tasks. This is an administrative/advisory position with a focus on policies, procedures, health and safety, employment relations, Recruitment, Staff Development/training and remuneration. You will be mentored, supported, learn plenty and will be provided with a range of great HR tools to be successful in this role. This role will suit someone who is looking to step up in their HR career and expand their skills further.
YOUR BACKGROUND
We are looking for Intermediate level HR professional with proven experience in HR and knowledge of Health and Safety. You are passionate about your career and you love people, systems and processes. You have excellent people skills, are patient and approachable. Above all, you are passionate about HR! You are comfortable working in a small HR team and ready to learn and grow!
