Inventory Administrator

Our client based in Wiri is looking for a new addition to join their spare parts department in an inventory administration role.

Duties (not limited to):

• Customer Service – phone based and face to face
• Receive deliveries, ensure stock count and storage is accurate, order spare parts where required
• Process sales transactions
• Coordinate returns
• Administration and paperwork duties

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a similar role – inventory or warehouse administration experience is a bonus!
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
• A drive to work efficiently and accurately while delivering top level customer service
• A valid NZ work visa
• Please also note that as this role is based in Wiri, it is most easily accessible by car
