Our client, a successful specialist medical clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist / PA!

I have worked closely with this client for several years now, so I have a well established relationship with them and can hand on heart, say it’s an environment where the Practice Manager will value the work you do and you will be an integral part of a well run team.

About the role:

There are 5 doctors currently working out of the Clinic so there is a steady stream of “traffic” through the Clinic daily.

Each Medical Receptionist / PA (there are 3) is responsible for ensuring every patient has a great experience and it is super important that patient care really matters to you! You would also be providing PA duties to the doctor(s) that are assigned to you.

Experience I would like you to highlight on your CV:

· Great customer service and administration skills

· Tech savvy and ability to pick up new systems quickly

· Medical experience would be great but is not essential to be successful

· Strong team player and proven ability to work well within a team
