About the role:

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team you will be the key point of contact between the organisations significant number of members and professional services team:

• Provide an excellent level of service to members
• Database maintenance
• Proactively increase and retain members
• Member communication
• Event management

About you:

• Previous membership experience essential and
• Previous experience in a customer support role paramount
• A motivated team player who can also work independently
• A true relationship builder with a customer service focus
