Office Administrator

Our client is an internationally recognised brand leader, supplying high quality product to the plumbing and construction industry. They are a well-established business with a great reputation and are now looking for a switched on, motivated individual with a background in administration.

The role has an interesting variety and will appeal to someone who has a strong customer focus but also enjoys administrative tasks. You will be kept on your toes taking charge of the front of office customer service, process customer’s orders, deal with their queries, and look after the general office administration and support the Financial Controller with accounts administration. Basically you will be doing a bit of this and a bit of that so a flexible attitude will be the key to your success.

We are looking for a calm experienced administrator who can demonstrate the following:

· Experience in administration

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills

· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

· A problem solving aptitude

· A ‘true’ team player with a can-do attitude
