Office Manager

If you are looking for an Onehunga based Office Management role, then look no further!

This is a temp role due to start immediately and expected to run through to January 2020.

Duties (not limited to):

  • Provide high level of PA and team administrative support
  • Organise and coordinate team meetings
  • Co-ordinate travel bookings
  • Fleet management including travel expenditures and vehicle maintenance
  • Oversee facilities management and liaise with office provision suppliers
  • Reception duties – answering phones, meeting and greeting

What we need from you:

  • Solid experience in a similar role with experiences similar to listed above
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A valid NZ work visa
  • Commitment and reliability are key!
