Operations Administrator

Addington Temporary NZ$25 - NZ$27 per hour

It’s not often you can gain FMCG industry experience without having it, so now is your chance! This role is perfect for someone who has great admin skills (manufacturing industry experience is an advantage!) and is ready to work now, yet wants stability. Supporting the manufacturing team, you’ll pride yourself on dealing with all types of people.

WHAT WILL MY DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Supporting the site management team with any administrative duties
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Invoice processing (via SAP)
  • Control of inventory and consumables on-site
  • Coordination and administration of the compliance and H&S function

ME!

  • You’ll be ready to start NOW and can commit for 8 months
  • Ideally have worked in a manufacturing environment (not essential)
  • Great people skills – ability to deal with all types of personalities
