PA/Team Administrator

We have a great temp role starting next week with an expected 6-week duration working for one of our clients in the CBD.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be supporting 2 General Managers with day to day duties
  • Writing emails, answering phone calls
  • Calendar management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Drafting letters

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Professional presentation
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment and reliability are essential!
