ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, based in West Auckland, is a not-for-profit organisation whose core purpose is giving back to the community. This fantastic organisation has an amazing company culture where people love working there as people genuinely care and encourage your personal growth. As they are a multi-site employer this HR Advisor role offers loads of scope! It is varied and interesting with all the requirements of an HR Generalist but also some exciting projects to get your teeth into.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a talented HR Practitioner to hit the ground running; someone who has hands on approach to HR with a customer focus and strong desire to make a difference. You will need to have

· HR qualification with 3-4 years HR generalist experience at an Advisor level

· Had some exposure/experience with ER

· Energy, drive and eager to learn, grow and develop your skills

· Problem solver with analytical skills

· Ability to communicate effectively with a wide cross section of people
