We are on the hunt for an exceptional Personal Assistant on a temporary basis to join one of NZ’s fastest growing innovative and environmentally responsible businesses. This is a very busy and pivotal role; crucial in supporting the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team – no two days will be the same!!

A bit about the role and you

· Travel, Diary Management & Email Management (this is pivotal to this role)

· Meeting Minutes

· Organising & supporting the wider team

· Attending Leadership Meetings

· Assisting with ad-hoc admin work

· Available Immediately and can commit until approximately September 2022 (Temporary)

· Outstanding communicator both verbal and written
