Practice Lead – Technology

Is that you? As an operating manager, you will be strategic, innovative (let’s challenge the norm) and still love being hands-on building your own brand and desk. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and develop a team and will be results-driven. You could currently be at the level of Practice Lead or you could be an ambitious Senior Consultant whose next career move would be as Practice Lead. You will be confident across the Technology landscape, and ideally have a preference to work within Cloud, Security and DevOps space.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure you are consistently hitting targets and equally ensure your team has a superb pipeline of work to hit their individual targets
• Coach, guide and manage team members to ensure their success
• Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and your team
• Work with existing clients, to assist in filling their open roles, as well as further developing the accounts
• Act as a mentor, leader, and brand ambassador both internally and externally
• Be an integral part of the NZ Leadership team

What you’ll need:

• 4 + years recruitment experience; of which 1 at least is in a managerial role is preferable
• Previous recruitment experience working in the Technology landscape
• Commercially aware, with previous experience in managing a team P&L
• Ability to motivate a team; not just through managing, but through proven success in your own sales
• Driven to continue your career within Recruitment
