Our client is on the hunt for an outstanding receptionist, they are a leader in their field of Project Management located in Freemans Bay. Look around the skyline – chances are they have been involved in the project management of many of the iconic buildings! Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, the role of receptionist is a vital one in this unique environment.


  • You will be the first point of contact for the organisation managing the front reception desk
  • Booking & coordinating travel
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Assisting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration


  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritization skills
  • Confidence combined with a great attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have previous reception experience in a corporate environment
  • Available Immediately (must be able to start next week) & can commit for up to 2 months.
