Receptionist – Multiple roles around Auckland

We have reception and administration roles in Albany, Newmarket, Silverdale, Favona, CBD!!!

Duties may include:

  • Meet and greet of clients
  • Answering telephone enquiries and assisting with queries
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices & maintaining spreadsheets
  • Using MS office Outlook at make appointments
  • Organising catering for meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Assisting with general administrative duties & other projects as required

What you will bring?

  • Front line reception and/or administration experience
  • Have a polite and friendly manner and a great attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
