About the role

If you are someone who enjoys customer service, sales and has a passion for cars this role will give you that buzz you are seeking! You will be the vital link between the customer and internal resources. It will be up to you ensure the timely and quality operational delivery of services and documentation to key clients.

Being the main point of contact for the key clients and their customers your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong and effective customer relationships
• Responding to enquiries received through the various mediums.
• Liaising with operational staff nationwide to book assessments and installations.
• Completing sales quotes, processing invoices and payment
• Coordinating new and annual service bookings through system
• Producing reports and managing feedback
• On site client visits at various locations
• Training operational staff when required.
• Seeking ongoing improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of service

About you

• Previous sales and customer service experience with a commitment to quality of service
• Strong customer focus with an ability to build rapport with a wide cross section of people.
• Good level of maturity, confidence, and resilience
• High degree of organisation and self-management skills
• Well groomed, logical thinker, and proactive team player
• Current and valid NZ Drivers licence and flexibility to travel domestically.
