ABOUT THE COMPANY-
Our client is a well-established, respected, and leading importer and distributor of a range of appliances and consumer products from around the world including Europe, USA, and China. Their beautiful exclusive appliances, range from laundry to cooking appliances to alfresco cooking. They are now on the look-out for a technically minded individual to join their small NZ office based in Newton and look after their spare parts.
ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a busy role where you will be dealing with the nationwide service dealers and retailers requiring spare parts, providing them with technical help, guidance, and assistance. You will be kept busy.
· Processing spare part orders
· Managing the spare part back orders
· Liaising with the Australian office on spare part enquiries to meet customer requirements.
· Dealing with customer enquiries
· Liaising with warehouse and freight companies
WHAT YOU NEED?
You will have a very solid background in Customer Service with ideally experience in a similar field such as appliances, electrical or electronic spare parts although this is not essential. However, you will be a practical thinker, have a technical bent and take a solution focused approach. Good data entry skills and ability to build customer relationships is important.
You will work for a stable well-established organisation, work alongside a supportive team, receive a competitive salary plus car parking and staff buying privileges.
