Campaign Coordinator

As a critical part of the fundraising and events team, you will be responsible for bringing 3 major events to life. Our client is one of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic Not for Profit organisations. With a busy events calendar for 2020, this organisation needs your help!

So let me explain this role and what it will mean to you. As a master of logistics, you will not be afraid to get on the phone and follow up with suppliers, manage timelines making sure all the T’s are crossed and I’s dotted.

A typical day is going to be varied and you will be responsible for

• Working with key stakeholders to deliver all elements of events
• Creation and execution of project plans
• Managing volunteer engagement and recruitment
• Post analysis of event success
• Social Media commentary
• Work collaboratively with Partnerships to identify potential events and campaign sponsors

A standout candidate will have:

• Project management experience
• Master of copywriting
• Demonstrates exceptional time management skills
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM
