CRM Digital Services Manager

Ongoing growth has led to a need to bring a data-driven and digitally savvy individual to drive new engagement campaigns across all digital touchpoints.

This hands-on role requires someone keen to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running. Exceptional knowledge of CRM systems is required and out of the box thinking will be needed to assist with new product launches scheduled for 2020.

What you need to be successful:

• Website marketing automation
• Website development using HTML
• Experience with implementing digital marketing campaigns
• Proven previous success developing, implementing and driving CRM strategy
• Improve efficiency’s in lead management through the customer life-cycle
• Integrating the CRM with the marketing platforms to provide a 360 view of the customer base
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Proven previous success driving CRM strategy & implementing effective direct communication across digital channels
• Working with digital analytics tools, developing test plans and optimising campaigns
