Customer Lifecycle & Optimisation Lead

This opportunity is going to be perfect for someone that enjoys analytics and having data-driven conversations with multiple stakeholders. The data is rich and comes from one of the largest customer databases in the country.

So working with analytics teams to harness actionable insights and develop lifecycle frameworks, strategies and plans that illustrate the customer relationships and endorsement.

The foundations for this role have been set so now is your chance to come in and make it your own.

A typical day is going to be varied and you will be responsible for

• Analysing insights and customer data to develop and drive marketing activity with a focus on lifecycle
• Developing customer lifecycle programme

A standout candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital retailing
• Ability to demonstrate collaboration, influencing and communications skills
• Experience working with Marketing Automation software (Salesforce, Marketo, MailChimp)
• Proficient understanding of Google Analytics
