The goal being to best manage the reputation of their clients and having strong media relationships to execute the right messages to the right people. Reporting to the Senior Account Director you will be supported to further develop and oversee the work produced from the wider team. Your core responsibilities include providing high quality media distributions, media releases and having the ability to understand what is happening and constantly scanning the media environment, both locally and internationally, as it will be your job to pitch to mainstream media.

What we are seeking:

· NZ market experience is crucial but can include international experience within professional large corporates, ideally within PR, Media & Advertising agencies.

· Relevant academic qualifications and a thirst to continue to learn and develop.

· Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts and articulate them in an accurate and easy to understand way to delegate work.

· Thorough understanding of PR internal and external communications with proven experience in creating and delivering engaging and relevant content.

· Able to write strategy documents and proposals.

· Create client status reports and oversee monthly PR value reports.

· Understands how clients are billed, time sheets and basic budgeting.

· Attend Industry events and launches.

· Meets or exceeds KPI’s: Billable hours, monthly billings, media wins (tier one and two).

· A drive for results with excellent project management skills.
