Shopper Activation / Space Planning

Let me explain this role, it is all about wearing multiple hats and using your experience in understanding the retail environment and how products present to a consumer.

This role will be the vital link between the sales and marketing team, one day you will be responsible for developing planograms that set these products apart from the rest, the next you will be creating campaign assets that drive in-store activations.

Naturally data, analytics and insights will play a massive role in your activities so being able to present findings to key stakeholders will be something that you are comfortable with.

A typical week is going to be varied and you will be responsible for

• Space planning/planogram creation
• Strong understanding of market trends
• Working with Sales, Marketing & Category teams to identify, build and implement growth strategies
• Work with agency partners to implement shopper activations
• Post campaign analysis.

A standout candidate will have:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Be savvy with data and insights
• FMCG experience under their belt
• Great communication.
