Account Manager
This reputable retailer is the epitome of people-centric and are seeking a temp resource to help cover an already established portfolio. You will be austomer-centric Account Manager who LOVES being on the phone, happy to do a bit of admin and you will have a great work ethic!
WHAT WILL MY DAY LOOK LIKE?
- Phone based calls to existing customers, ensuring needs are met
- Identifying all sales opportunities (including up-selling where possible!)
- Email management of all customer queries
- Admin support (prcessing orders)
WHO AM I?
- Ideally phone-based experience/confidence to talk on the phone
- Available to start 6th January and can commit until end of February
- Clear and confident communication skills and customer-centric approach
