Our client is a well-respected NZ company that distributes products in the clinical, diagnostic and consumer healthcare markets. They are one of the market leaders in Diabetes management products and solutions. They are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a maternity cover, commencing July 2022 to June 2023. The role will offer variety, challenges, great team, and an opportunity to contribute to changing lives of Kiwis for the better.

What you will be doing – a snapshot:

Coach, managing, and develop a small inside sales team

Develop strategic initiatives, tactics, and internal campaigns

Drive retention

Continually meeting and exceeding Sales Targets

Maintaining solid working relationships with Diabetes Healthcare Professionals

Working on implementing HubSpot crm

Developing Innovative Sales Strategies

What you need to bring:

Sound understanding of healthcare settings

Commercial acumen & inside sales experience

Experience in building strong and lasting relationships with various stakeholders

Proven record of achieving targets

Experience in leadership

Your empathy, passion, enthusiasm, and self-drive
