Role

Building on-going relationships with your customers you will provide them with expert assistance to a variety of questions and problems. They will rely on your ability to quickly provide them with the right parts or solutions to repair their equipment. This is where your mechanical aptitude comes in handy. You will….

· Assist customers face to face and over the phone providing advice and assistance.

· Help them get the correct parts they need.

· Process sales orders

· Provide quotes.

· Participate in promotions sales and mail outs.

A bit about you

You are driven to succeed and renowned for your practical thinking, technical expertise and solution-focused approach. On top of your outstanding customer service skills and computer literacy you will have one of the following

· A mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn and grow.

· Worked for industrial, mechanical or industrial solutions provider.

· Automotive mechanics or engineering background

· Internal/external parts sales
